Agreement and who can join
These Terms are an agreement between you and Private Network AI Limited, registered in England and Wales [company number to add]. By creating an account or using Private Network, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
To join, you must part of a member of a community we work with, and give accurate information about yourself. You may have one account only, and you must keep your sign-in to yourself.
What Private Network is
Private Network suggests introductions between members of the same community. We aim to make good matches, but we can't promise you'll receive a match, that someone will accept your introduction, or any particular outcome.
An introduction is not a recommendation or endorsement of anyone. Members are responsible for their own conversations, meetings and any business or advice between them. Please use your own judgement, as you would with any new contact.
We may change, pause or remove features at any time, and we don't guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free.
Member rules
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to:

post or send anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual, threatening or misleading

pretend to be someone else or misrepresent who you are

use contacts or information from the platform for spam, mass selling, recruitment drives or anything a member hasn't agreed to

share what other members tell you in confidence, or their details, outside the platform without their permission

copy, scrape or misuse the platform, or try to break or get around how it works
You can report or block any member from their profile or your chat with them. We review reports within 24 hours, remove offending content, and suspend or remove members who break these rules.
Your content and AI
You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store it, show it to other members as the platform works, and use it to write your profile summary and find your matches. This permission ends when you delete your account.
We use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to write profile summaries and match reasons. AI can get things wrong, so please check your summary and edit your profile if anything isn't right.
The Private Network name, app and software belong to Private Network AI Limited. Please don't copy them without our written permission.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Account settings, or at app.privatenetwork.ai/delete-account.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if your community membership ends, or to protect other members. If you stop using Private Network for a while, we may pause your matches until you choose to rejoin.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for what members say or do, for the results of any introduction, or for indirect losses such as lost profits or opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll tell you in the app or by email before any important change takes effect. If you keep using Private Network after that, you accept the new Terms.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute.
