You agree not to:

Post or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
Harass or misuse the platform to harm others
Attempt to reverse-engineer or damage the system
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and software on Private Network (except user-generated content) is owned by Private Network Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

5. User Content

By posting or uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display it within the app.

You retain ownership of all your content.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Network Limited shall not be liable for:

Any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the platform
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts at our discretion if terms are breached or inactivity persists.

You may terminate your account at any time via your profile settings or by contacting info@privatenetwork.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
